1. Who we are

This website, connect1vity.com (the “Site”), is operated by Connect1vity LLC (“Connect1vity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a performance marketing agency located at 6100 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75024, United States. For the purposes of this policy, we are the controller of the personal information described below.

This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It covers the Site itself. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of a marketing engagement, we do so as a processor under that client's instructions and under the terms of our agreement with them.

2. Information we collect

(a) Information you give us. The Site has one form — the contact form. When you submit it, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The content of your message

You may also contact us directly by phone or email, in which case we hold whatever information you choose to share with us.

(b) Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services described below may automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. This is standard server and network activity.

(c) What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this Site — including payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or similar. Please do not submit such information via the contact form.

3. Third-party services used on this Site

We want to be specific rather than vague here. The Site relies on two external services, and both receive some information about visitors:

• Formspree — our contact form is submitted to and processed by Formspree, which receives the name, email address, and message you enter and relays them to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data.
• Google Fonts — our typeface is loaded from Google's font CDN (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As a technical consequence of loading that resource, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic request information. Google's privacy policy governs its handling of that data.

All other scripts and stylesheets used by the Site — Bootstrap, AOS, Masonry, BigPicture, PureCounter, Font Awesome, and Bootstrap Icons — are served from our own domain and do not transmit information to third parties.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
• Provide, discuss, and deliver our services;
• Maintain records of our business communications;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list solely because you submitted the contact form.

5. Our basis for processing

Where a legal basis is required — for example for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — we rely on:

• Your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the contact form;
• Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one;
• Our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating and securing the Site, and running our business;
• Compliance with a legal obligation.

6. Cookies and tracking

As of the “Last updated” date above, this Site sets no first-party cookies, runs no analytics package, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. There is nothing on this Site that follows you across other websites.

Third-party services we load — see section 3 — may set cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

If we introduce analytics or advertising technology to the Site in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent first.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate — such as our hosting provider, email provider, and the form processor named in section 3 — and only to the extent needed to perform their function;
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary;
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others;
• Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and the service providers we use may store or process information in the United States or other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.

9. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our business communications — typically no longer than three (3) years from our last contact with you — unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, or unless you become a client, in which case client records are retained under the terms of our engagement. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see section 11.

10. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. That said, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

11. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and provide a copy of it;
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Delete information we hold about you;
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out;
• Receive your information in a portable format, where that right applies.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

Texas residents. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not engage in those activities through this Site.

EEA and UK visitors. You have the rights listed above under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 15. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to it. Since this Site does not track visitors across other websites, the signal makes no practical difference to how we operate.

13. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed at them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
